10401 US-441 #213, Leesburg, FL 34788

Gorilla Grooming Co. is Leesburg, Florida's premier barbershop, proudly serving the community for over 9 years inside Lake Square Mall. What started as Razor Sharp Cutz 2 has grown into a destination shop where guys from Tavares, Eustis, Lady Lake, and beyond come for precision cuts, beard grooming, straight razor shaves, and more. We offer a full menu of services for men and kids, flexible membership plans that save you money, and a welcoming atmosphere built on craft, not shortcuts. Walk-ins are always welcome, same-day appointments are available, and our AI-powered booking system means you can reserve your spot 24/7. We treat every client like family — because to us, that's exactly what you are.

Why join our team

At Gorilla Grooming Co., we invest in our barbers just as much as we invest in our clients. Join a team that takes pride in the craft, supports each other, and genuinely loves what they do. We offer competitive hourly pay plus commission on every service, bonuses for product sales and new memberships, and a $125/month retention bonus for barbers who maintain 70% or higher client retention. You'll work in a well-equipped, high-energy shop with a loyal and growing clientele. We're not just building a barbershop — we're building something bigger. If you hold a valid Florida barber license, love cutting hair, and want to be part of a team that has your back, we want to hear from you.
