Never fold under pressure.
Never fold under pressure.

My journey of becoming a barber started in elementary school. As a young child, I taught myself how to cut hair by going to barber shops and watching how they cut my hair through the mirror. Once I got good enough at cutting my own hair, my friends started requesting me to cut their hair.
I am a graduate from Paul Mitchell the School Pasadena. While at school I improved my techniques majorly by picking up tips and pointers from my friends, classmates and learning leaders.
I am also a self taught artist and tattoo artist. I taught myself how to draw by trying to recreate artwork that i saw in magazines. The mediums I work with are graphite pencil, color pencil, pen, markers, acrylic paint and tattooing.
I am currently cutting hair at Floyds 99 Barbershop in Irvine. My relationships that I have built with my clientel is one built upon friendship. I treat my clients like long time friends and family. My clients and I are able to have genuine conversations and are able to confide with each other through lifes ups and downs.
My goal is to not only give my clients the best haircut and experience but to also make a positive impact upon their lives by being a helpful person that can listen, be there mentally for them, and offer advice.
I am always trying to grow not only as barber but a person as well.
I contiue to self educate by studying barbering techniques through You Tube and Instagram or just simply by asking my fellow barbers. I will always feel like the beginer and never stop learning. I always feel that I can improve.
I always feel that I have to constantly improve and learn in order to become one of the best in the game. I have the same mind set when it comes to tattooing, muy thai and jiu jitsu. This mindset fuels me to push myself to become the best that I can possibly be.

I am here to make a positive impact upon my clients lives. I want to give my clients the hair cut or tattoo they want that will boost their self confidence, boost their self esteem and self worth.
