About me
Hello! My name is Grace Burruel. I am 20 years old and a recent graduate of Tucson College of Beauty!
I have grown up around agriculture my whole life, which has significantly helped me in the "real world." It has helped me by teaching me time management, self-discipline, dedication, and much more. For the past 2 years, I have worked at Open Arms (preschool). I have recently decided to leave Open Arms and become a full-time stylist. Working in a daycare has given me many tools to work in the customer service field. I have learned communication, self-discipline, time management, how to work a Point of Service system, etc. It has also significantly increased my willingness to learn and have an open mind with any services thrown my way.
I have chosen to go into the beautician world, specifically hair styling, because I am passionate about making people feel beautiful. I have always enjoyed doing hair but was terrified to make it my career. After the first week of school, I learned that doing hair is my passion. I truly enjoy working with others and working with hair. I know that in my heart, I have made the right decision!

I chose to come to beauty school to benefit myself and others. My main goal is to help clients build confidence in themselves and for them to leave my chair feeling like a whole new person. I want to specialize in cutting and color services, but I am open to trying any task to build a loyal clientele and do my best to perfect any task. My optimism and open-mindedness will help me succeed not only in the salon setting but also in life in general.
