Hi, my name is Graziella. I am 19 years old and in my last month of classes as a Cosmetology student at Beauty Culture Academy. I am both Bellami Hair Extension Certified in all methods and Brazilian Blowout certified. I have worked as a Hair Apprentice for the last two years in Staten Island, New York.

I want to be a hair stylist because I love helping people feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable in their own skin. I want every person who sits in my chair to leave feeling seen, valued, and proud of who they are.
Being a hair stylist isn’t just about cutting or coloring hair to me—it’s about creating confidence. I want to listen to people, understand what makes them feel their best, and use my skills to bring that vision to life. When someone feels good about the way they look, it shows in how they walk, talk, and carry themselves, and I want to be a part of that positive change.
My goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable being themselves. I want my work to help people feel their most beautiful, not by changing who they are, but by enhancing what already makes them unique. Making people smile when they look in the mirror is what motivates me, and that’s why becoming a hair stylist means so much to me.
Additional Information
Duties include bookings, shampooing, applying and mixing glosses and toner, checkout procedures, assisting with blow drying and setting up stations.
