I'm a Redken Artist located in North Central Kansas. I have been influenced by Redken Education throughout my almost 13 year career behind-the-chair and love that I now get to share experience & principle based education with my peers. I prioritize the highest level of quality, consistency, and expertise in both my work in the salon & the education I offer. I currently am certified to teach Haircolor & Blonding as well as Design programs, so I am thrilled to be able to try out for both disciplines of the Redken Artist Mentorship Program!

Redken Artists have always been, to me, the litmus test I have held myelf to for excellence professionally. When I started as a stylist, and began my continuing education journey(primarily Redken education, but some variety!) it was the Redken Artists who were always extremely knowledgeable, multi-faceted in their experiences & talents, and grounded in who they uniquely were as people. They stood apart from the crowd consistently & in a big way! This was the level I aspired to then and continue to aspire to, and as an Artist now myself, I think AMP would be the opportunity I'm looking for in coaching, mentorship, and challenging myself to level up in all aspects of my craft. I am the type of person who, if I'm going to do something, it is important to me I do it at a high level of excellence & quality. I believe the way you learn & grow to become excellent is practice, and being willing to ask & take guidance from those already doing it. I know if I was selected to the AMP program I would make the most of the opportunity to grow and rise to the challenge.
