Experienced Stylists: At Hair Solutions Salon & Spa, we understand that the booth rental dream or your current salon home may not be living up to expectations. No judgement! If you’re an experienced stylist of 3+ years and you’re feeling overworked, isolated, or simply burnt out, you’re not alone. Many experienced professionals crave more than just freedom — they want support, structure, and a true sense of belonging. We’re inviting talented stylists to rediscover the pride in their craft, reignite their passion, and reclaim balance. Our commission-based team model offers more than just a chair — it provides a community, Career growth, and the possibility to thrive again, not just maintain. Here, you don’t have to choose between independence and support — you can have both!
Associate Program: Our full-time paid associate program is designed for recent graduates in cosmetology and esthetics. During your time in the program you will learn how to provide a luxury client experience by working HANDS-ON with one of our incredible educators. This one-to-one coaching and mentoring program will provide you with an incredible advantage when starting your career. Full time associates also have access to world-class technical classes and nationally renowned educators. In addition to the one-to-one coaching, associates have weekly opportunity shifts to work on their own guests, build their clientele and practice their skills.
