I’m an 8.5-year Air Force veteran and former F-16 sheet metalist with a background built on discipline, structure, and hard work. I hold an associate’s degree in Health Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with long-term plans to pursue medical school for pediatric psychiatry.
Alongside my academic path, I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and competitive bodybuilder. Fitness, mindset, and mental health have always gone hand in hand for me, which is why I take a whole-person approach when working with clients.
Now, I’m combining my lifelong love of hair and makeup with coaching and psychology to create a true one-stop space for athletes and everyday clients alike. The stylist chair is more than beauty, it’s where confidence is built, conversations happen, and healing begins. In many ways, hair stylists become therapists, and I’m here to elevate people from the inside out via mind, body, and self-expression.

I’m here because I believe beauty is more than how you look, it’s how you feel when you walk away from the chair. I’ve spent my life in spaces that demanded strength, discipline, and resilience, and I’ve learned how powerful it is to feel seen, heard, and confident in your own skin.
The beauty chair is a space where people open up, exhale, and reconnect with themselves. I’m here to create an experience that blends artistry with intention, where hair and makeup become tools for confidence, healing, and self-expression. My goal is for every client to leave not just polished, but elevated from the inside out.
