Have Shears Will Travel is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) non-profit hair care ministry dedicated to empowering communities through accessible hair care services. Serving children in need, unhoused individuals, and the elderly, the organization brings professional hair care directly to those who face barriers such as physical impairment, lack of transportation, or financial hardship. Operating through a mobile salon, on-location visits, and school and salon partnerships, Have Shears Will Travel ensures that everyone — regardless of circumstance — has access to dignified, quality hair care. Beyond service, the organization also educates the community through its Shear Success Academy, fostering professional growth and opportunity for aspiring cosmetologists.
