Hi! I’m Hayley, but in the salon I go by Stevie! I use pronouns she/her and I am a cosmo student at Aveda Institute Minneapolis. For the last five years I’ve been working in disaster response and environmental stewardship. From gutting out flood damaged homes to chainsawing trees, it has always come back to one thing, service.

I’ve been able to meet and work with folks from all around the world. I’ve been welcomed into communities big and small, and I’m humbled to know so many wonderful people.


I am excited to take what I’ve learned in my previous experience to the beauty world!

•I want to support clients on their journey to wherever they’re going in this life to feel empowered, to feel comfortable, to feel loved.

•I am here to create an inclusive and safe space where we create and communicate how we want to define beauty inside and out.

•I practice sustainability because our world is producing more and more disasters. We are not just hurting our Earth, but disasters devastate communities every year. I'm happy to work in a salon that participates in Green Circles where we recycle up to 95% of our waste in the salon!


I am also here, showing up to push myself creatively, especially while working with a team oriented group. I believe some of the most creatively and artistically driven ideas are propelled with more than one person be behind them.
