Heather Witters

Hidey Ho there neighbor! My name is Heather and I am a current cosmetology student at the Gene Juarez Academy in Federal Way Washington. I'd say this last year was a rebirth for me (like many), and at 34, I am ready more than EVER to start this new chapter and see where it takes me. I'm a little sponge ready to soak up any and everything!
