HOT HAVEN is a private, family-owned infrared sauna and lymphatic studio nestled in Bankers Hill, downtown San Diego. Founded by Sean and Jenica, the studio was built to offer what they couldn't find elsewhere: true privacy, real warmth, and a full 55 minutes that belongs entirely to you. Choose from lymphatic compression therapy, an infrared wrap, or a spacious Sunlighten mPulse infrared cabin — or combine them in the signature Haven Ritual. Sessions are HSA/FSA eligible, and every detail, from provided clothing to post-session cool-down space, is thoughtfully arranged so you arrive frazzled and leave floating.
