Founded in 2013 by Jean Freebury and Katy Orthwein, Inwood Healing Arts is a small, dedicated practice in northern Manhattan specializing in massage therapy, prenatal massage, and craniosacral therapy. Our team of New York State licensed massage therapists — Jean Freebury, Katy Orthwein, Marta Espitia, and Maria Luisa Mendoza — brings extensive experience working with dancers, athletes, musicians, actors, pregnant and postpartum women, children, and the elderly. We tailor every session to your individual needs, integrating Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and pressure point techniques. With a second treatment space now open and new healing partnerships, including Selina Greene Acupuncture, we are proud to continue serving Inwood and its surrounding communities with compassionate, personalized care.
