Ja’Kayla Rogers

Hello! I am Ja'Kayla Rogers, a high school honors grad, turned college dropout, turned hair enthusic. I went into college thinking that I wanted to be a Pre Med student, which I quickly found wasn't for me. Since a child I have always loved my hair as well as doing my own hair. I never really thought of getting into the profession until I dropped out of college and wasn't sure what my next steps would be. It was something different that I never even thought about before and I had very little support, but my decision to do it was already made. Since joining Aveda I have had nothing but positive things come my way and I am so very excited for what's to come.
