With over 23 years of experience behind the chair as a professional hairstylist, I bring a deep passion for the beauty industry to my role as Assistant Store Manager at SalonCentric White Plains. My career has been rooted in creativity, connection, and a commitment to helping others succeed, and I’m proud to carry that same passion into empowering beauty professionals today.
In my role, I focus on supporting business development for stylists and salon owners, helping them discover tools, products, and strategies to grow their businesses and maximize their profitability. I thrive on creating opportunities to educate and inspire, hosting events tailored for future beauty professionals and students while also providing ongoing education to current beauty professionals. Whether it's guiding a seasoned stylist to the latest innovations in the industry or introducing students to the resources that can jumpstart their careers, I’m driven by the desire to see others succeed.
My leadership style is built on collaboration, enthusiasm, and a forward-thinking mindset. I believe in fostering a positive and supportive environment, whether I’m working alongside my SalonCentric team, coaching beauty professionals in-store, or hosting dynamic events designed to elevate and celebrate our industry.
