Jaclyn Hanks

I started getting facials in 2020 to help improve my skin, but primarily for stress relief and relaxation. My esthetician made me feel at ease with how kind she was. The joy and relief I got from each service prompted me to start thinking about becoming an esthetician. My little sister was in the cosmetology program at Summit and was able to tell me about the esthetician program.
Becoming an esthetician felt right to me at this point.
I hadn't realized how interesting skin care and skin health has always been to me. I've had acne-prone skin since I was 14, but never knew how to take care of my skin properly. The interest grew and bloomed into being in school to be an esthetician that helps people experience that comfort and leaving with more confidence. I want to help people feel a positive change within their skin and their self in general.
