About me
I’m January Dillard, a licensed esthetician and licensed esthetics instructor with a passion for education, growth, and helping others become more confident in what they know.
My experience in esthetics has taught me that education goes far beyond memorizing information. I enjoy understanding the why behind what we do, connecting what we learn to real-life situations, and helping others do the same.
I’m an educator, business owner , mother, and lifelong learner. I believe every season of life gives us an opportunity to learn something new, strengthen what we already know, and prepare ourselves for what comes next.

Why I'm here
I’m here because I believe growth requires being willing to become a student again.
Even though I am already an educator and established in my profession, I know there is still more for me to learn. I want to strengthen my knowledge, challenge myself academically, and continue developing skills that will support the next chapter of my life and career.
I’m not starting over.
I’m building on everything I’ve already learned.
My goal is to leave this experience more knowledgeable, more confident, and better prepared for where I’m going next.
