About me
Hi! My name is Jasmine Duru and I'm a current student at Ogle Beauty School in Denton, TX. I'm so excited to be in the beauty industry around so many creative, talented, hard working folks! My passion for hair grows each day my open my eyes and is the last thought I have before going to bed. I'm eager to learn all I can to cultivate my talent and can't wait to meet even more incredible people.

I'm here to fulfil my purpose of making the world a prettier place. I believe that beauty starts from within and it's taken me years and years to build myself into the confident woman I am today. If I can help just one person hone in one their own confidence by performing a service for them or just being a listening ear behind the chair that makes all the hardwork behind the scenes worth it!
I started beauty school not really having a clear sense of direction in my life and trying to pick up the pieces of me left behind after my mother's death in October of 2023. To say that Ogle Beauty School of Denton, TX saved my life would be an understatment. I know have a clear vision of what I want my life to look like and know that my purpose is to serve the good folks of the world one haircut at a time.
I'm truly so grateful to be here and wouln't want to be anywhere else!
