Hey Hey Hey 🫶🏾 thank you for viewing my canvas .. My name is Jasmine Sirmans and I currently attend Paul Mitchell the School Boise!

I am from Norfolk, Virginia. I have recently moved to Idaho to better my life and doing that in the beauty industry. I currently work part time at Wingers in Mountain Home,ID. I have one big sister who is my biggest supporter ever! She supports me in anything I do. Unfortunately we did lose our mom in 2013 due to a heart attack and which makes me push even harder and made me the person I am today. I have always had a passion for the beauty industry. I started when I was younger because where I was born and raised some people weren't as fortunate as everyone else so I would do my girlfriends hair for no charge and growing up I would do my family hair because they would always give me a opportunity. Hair is art. Handmade art and I think that's a true talent no matter who says it is not.

WHY NOT !?!?!?!

My mom and my sister is my reason why. My mom did decide to go into hair school before she passed but she did not finish and also my sister went to hair school as well after my mom passed and she as well did not finish. I wanna finsh for them. I wanna have my own business soon. I wanna launch merch as well. I wanna go above and beyond. I wanna make the impossible possible. Growing up African Americans didn't have the same opportunities as everyone else. We were always look at different and I wanna be the different! I wanna change the perception of African American!
