I love making people feel good about themselves. I'm inspired by transformations and enhancements of hair and makeup that make clients feel confident and beautiful.I acquired an interest for hairstyling at a young age. I remember frying my doll’s hair (an expensive one, too) with a Remington flat iron when I was roughly eleven years old. It was something I instantly regretted, but I would consider it a fun experiment. In high school I started getting my hair colored, and throughout college when I started coloring it myself I played with fashion colors like pink, blue, and purple. I was just winging it, of course; I had no professional expertise on what the heck I was doing, but I knew I wanted some. College wasn’t for me. I got my Associates degree from the University of South Florida and got out of there as quick as possible so that I could embark on my true dream, cosmetology. I’m still fresh into the program, but I have already learned so much and continuing to grow that skill and knowledge is exciting. I’m hoping to specialize in coloring and styling, however I would still aim to be very well rounded in everything.
