My name is Jayne Bernard and I am a cosmetology student at Paul Mitchell The School in Columbus, Ohio. I love all things beauty, but my focus is hair color and cutting. Eventually, I plan to become certified in hair extensions as well. Outside of cosmetology, I am devoted to my faith and love to spend time with my family, friends, and animals.

Why I'm here
I am here to grow my cosmetology skills and learn more specifically regarding hair. Since I was a young girl, I have been surrounded by a family full of cosmetologists that have taught me so much along the way. I plan to integrate their knowledge they have provided as well as the knowledge I learn on my own to become the best version of myself in my career. I hope to have my chair be a safe space for all who sit, whether that is to relax, be a place to connect, or just a place to get pampered after a long week of simply living. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful and I hope to provide that to many.
