My expertise spans multi-site operations, curriculum development, and franchisee support across various beauty education institutions and salon brands. As the owner of InstaGlam Studio LLC, I maintained hands-on experience as a stylist while continuing to shape the next generation of beauty professionals. I'm passionate about maintaining industry standards, regulatory compliance, and helping teams achieve their full potential through strategic coaching and performance analysis.
