About me
I am a Northwood University and Doughlas J Aveda Institute graduate.
Combined I have 15+ years of experience. Along with proven knowledge of customer retention, customer service, and service benchmarks. I was a services district educator with Ulta Beauty for two years, educating the salons within the 13 stores in my district. After that I stepped out with a fellow stylist to co-own a salon of our own, Northwest Hairstyling in December of 2020.
I excel at exceptional customer service, problem solving, being goal oriented, interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and being self-motived.

Why I'm here
I am here to get back into the education side of this world. I have such a passion for coninuting education myself and love to help fellow stylist become the best they can be. I love watching the "light bulb" moments and seeing them become more confident behind the chair to grow their business. I truely believe you can always obtain a piece of information, even if a small nugget, from class no matter how many times you've sat through the class.
