Jennifer Hatcher

My name is Jen Hatcher and I’m the very proud owner of Maven & Co Collective in Downtown Pleasanton.

Balayage is my biggest passion, which is no secret. I truly love what I do and feel so lucky to love coming to work every day in this industry for the last 14 years.

Leading our incredible team at Maven & Co. Collective is a true privilege. Our team of stylists is one of a kind- the love and support for each other are unmatched, and the community we’ve grown is such a beautiful thing to be a part of!

Perfecting my craft is a huge way that I walk the walk for my team. In 2023, I proudly earned the L’Oreal French Balayage Certification , becoming one of the first certified stylists in California to earn this accolade. This five month certification was evaluated by globally recognized balayage stylists in this industry, and this title is one of my biggest accomplishments within my career.

When I’m not at the salon, I’m at home (or at a kids’ sports event) with my sweet babies and my Mr. Maven. Our house is always going a mile a minute, but I am so honored to have these four littles to love on- walking the walk for them is all the why I need.
