As a single mother of three children, including one with special needs, my journey has been shaped by love, resilience, and a profound sense of purpose. It was through the challenges and blessings of motherhood that I learned the importance of patience, compassion, and unwavering dedication.

My path took an unexpected turn when my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Without hesitation, I left my job in apartment management to become her full-time caregiver. For me, there was no greater calling than ensuring her comfort and well-being during her battle with illness. This experience taught me the true meaning of selflessness and the power of love in the face of adversity.

Tragically, the loss of my mother was swiftly followed by the unexpected passing of my father due to a heart attack. Despite the immense grief, his unwavering support and encouragement had been pivotal in helping me establish my first shop. Though the closure of that business due to the COVID-19 pandemic brought its own set of challenges, I see each setback as an opportunity for growth and learning.

My journey into the world of holistic healing began with studies in medical assisting and a fulfilling role as a chemical lab technician. However, it was my innate desire to provide hands-on care and relief to others that led me to pursue massage therapy. Graduating in 2010 with my massage license in hand, I embarked on a mission to expand my skills and offerings.

Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, I delved into courses and workshops led by renowned experts such as Eric Dalton, James Waslaski, and Paul Kelly. Assisting my mentor, James, in his intensive manual therapy classes has been both an honor and a source of invaluable knowledge.

Over the years, I've honed my craft and expanded my repertoire to include various modalities such as sports massage, cupping, air compression therapy, vagal nerve stimulation, deep tissue massge, neuromuscular cupping therapy, scar release therapy, occlusion strapping and chair massage and many more. Each technique I've acquired serves a singular purpose: to alleviate pain and restore balance to the body.

In the wake of personal loss and global upheaval, my commitment to family and community remains unwavering. Motivated by a desire to create a sanctuary of healing and rejuvenation, I pursued studies in esthetics such as facials, waxing, eyebrow lamination and tint, eye lashes ect, to complement my massage therapy practice.

My dream is to establish a haven where individuals from all walks of life can find solace, support, and transformative care. From therapeutic massage sessions to rejuvenating facials, my aim is to empower others to embrace their inherent beauty and vitality.

As I continue to navigate life's twists and turns, I am guided by the belief that anything is possible with determination, compassion, and an unwavering spirit. My greatest joy lies in teaching my children that resilience, empathy, and the pursuit of one's dreams are the true markers of success. Never Give Up!
