Jill Scoggins

I am currently a student of esthetics, expanding an already well-established foundation in therapeutic bodywork, post-surgical rehabilitation, and holistic healing. Esthetics is a natural evolution of my work—allowing me to further support skin health, wound healing, lymphatic function, and long-term tissue integrity through both clinical and energetic perspectives

I began my professional healing career in 2004 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Since then, I have worked across a wide range of populations and environments, which has deeply shaped my approach. My experience includes working with the University of Montana–Western Wellness and Athletic Department alongside collegiate athletes, providing care for professional athletes, and supporting individuals working on ranches during physically demanding seasons. I have also specialized extensively in cosmetic surgery aftercare, incorporating manual lymphatic drainage and rehabilitative deep-tissue techniques to support recovery from surgical trauma and to address older surgical scars.

While therapists are often categorized as relaxation, deep-tissue, or medical massage practitioners, I consider myself a rehabilitation-focused integrative therapist. I blend multiple modalities into a cohesive approach designed to restore function, reduce inflammation, support lymphatic health, and promote long-term wellness rather than temporary relief. My goal is always to help clients not only recover, but to maintain resilience and balance in their bodies over time

In addition to my clinical work, I am a practicing Shaman and energy healer. I offer energy healing sessions both in person and remotely via Zoom, allowing clients to receive care regardless of location. My office includes a curated selection of crystals for in-person crystal healing, and I also work with crystals energetically in remote sessions when appropriate

My energetic healing path has grown alongside my physical practice. After beginning as a massage therapist in 2004, I became a Reiki Master and, in 2014, a Master Crystologist. Crystal healing is a modality I feel deeply connected to, and I regularly incorporate it into my work. I am also a graduate of The Audacious Spirit Ministry Program, with training in psychic and shamanic healing and intuitive readings

Education is a core part of my mission. I continually seek to deepen my knowledge so I can better serve both my clients and my students. I teach courses in Meditation and Journaling, Chakra Basics, and Crystal Healing, all of which are available online. I am also the author of Chakra Basics.
