Identity is for Everyone
Identity is for Everyone

Howdy, my name is Jill! I'm 22 years old, attending the Paul Mitchell school in Cleveland, Ohio. I have three brothers with autism, as well as have ADHD and ADD myself. As someone who grew up neurodivergent in a family that valued reputation over self-expression, I know firsthand just how chaotic and overwhelming the salon experience can be. My goal is to one day own or be a part of a salon family that takes into account Neurodivergent friendly practices and accommodations. I want to be able to give a voice to people like me who never felt like they were going to get an experience they could enjoy, so that they can express themselves to their fullest potential.

Self expression is not meant to be gate kept, and I strive to find comfortable care for everyone, especially those with neurodivergence. Pampering isn't situational; we all deserve some love sometimes. Cosmetology is ever changing and full of opportunities that I plan to take full advantage of. I want to continue my education, and adapt to be the change in the world that the neurodivergent community needs.
