Hi!
My name is Joan Mary Rodriguez. I am technically a booth renter; owner of Tresses By Joan Mary & Co Owner of Louie's Barber Studio in Spring Hill, Fl.
I graduated Paul Mitchell in 2023 where I found a passion for product knowledge, haircutting, styling & began my foundational journey of becoming a hairstylist.
Its been two years since I stood behind the chair for the first time as a licensed cosmetologist. I have learned a whole lot and still have so much to learn. I'm a firm believer in "you never stop learning."

Education & product knowledge is something I'm very passionate about. I genuinely enjoy learning and sharing my knowledge and skills with fellow stylists and my guests.
Attending Paul Mitchell and experiencing some of the best learning leaders in the industry ignited a fire within me for continued education & lifelong learning.
My passion for education has given me a great foundation to launch my career from. It would be an honor for me to share what I have learned with up and coming artists.
