About me
Hi! My name is Jocelyn Kirk and I'm a 22 year old cosmetology student at PCI Academy in Iowa City, IA. I will be graduating on May 9th, 2026. I am looking for a salon to start in the Iowa City or Des Moines areas. I plan to specialize in low maintenance color and blonding. I'm an Iowa native and originally went to the University of Iowa before finding my true calling in the beauty industry. When I'm not in the salon, you can find me spending time with friends, family, and my dog, Goose. I have always loved to create, from drawing and painting in high school to helping my clients achieve their dream hair. I am so grateful that I get to continue creating in a career that I love. I have loved my journey so far in this industry and cannot wait to see where it takes me!
