After experiencing the damaging effects of chemotherapy in my skin, I was at a very low point with how I felt about my appearance. I was extremely self-conscious and very depressed. I could not use any of my skincare products, and I couldn’t do any of my usual in-office treatments because my skin was so compromised. I felt like there was no hope. After I fully recovered and my skin returned to what I call “a new normal”, I knew that I did not want other people, whether they were oncology patients or not, to feel the way I did about my skin. I want to help heal people and help them restore their confidence and feel beautiful!
