Julia Hollander

Hi everyone i’m Julia!I currently am attending Paul Mitchell the School Fort Myers and am planning to be graduating in May! I am very passionate about this industry because I was born and raised in it. My mom has been a cosmetologist for over 30 years so for as long as I can remember I have been passionate about the works. There is so much that can be done in this industry and my favorite part about it is making people feel beautiful whether it be hair or makeup. Hair is the crown of the head and being able to have the power to make someones look good makes me feel good. My first passion was makeup. I started getting into in highschool. Youtube was my main outlet for learning. Then I got a job at Ulta where my knowledge just expanded even more. I was attending four year university at the time and I finally got the courage to say that was not the path for me and my mom was very supportive. We began to research into cosmetology schools and the first I stumbled upon was Paul Mitchell the School. It was the first school I toured and I knew it would be the perfect fit. I loved the cultured and the enviroment. There have been so many oppurtunities for me there as well. I got the honor to work at a fashion show called Art Walks the Runway and it was an amazing professional experience. I can not wait to finish school and continue building a career for myself and reaching for alll for the oppurtunities that I possibly can!
