Hi, I’m Julio Olivas — a licensed cosmetologist, barber, and Paul Mitchell Educator based in Fresno, CA. With over a decade in the hair industry, I specialize in cuts, color, blonding, perms, and restorative hair treatments that bring out your best look while maintaining healthy, beautiful hair.
I’m passionate about combining technical skill with creativity to deliver modern, personalized styles for every guest — whether it’s a classic refresh or a bold transformation. Currently working at Foliage Hair Salon (2225 W Shaw Ave, Suite 101, Fresno, CA), I’m available Saturdays and Sundays from 9am–6pm.

I am a Paul Mitchell Schools Educator with a decade of experience in the beauty industry. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for education, technical precision, and creating personalized looks that help guests feel confident and refreshed.
After taking a four-year break from behind the chair, I’ve recently returned to the salon with a renewed perspective and commitment to excellence. My goal is to continue growing as both an artist and educator — expanding my skill set, connecting with industry professionals, and exploring new opportunities that challenge and inspire me.
I believe in the power of education, creativity, and authenticity, and I’m dedicated to bringing those values into every aspect of my work — whether teaching future professionals or working one-on-one with clients to create their ideal look.
