My name is Lakeshia, and I am a passionate cosmetology student with a lifelong love for the beauty industry. While I have been doing hair since my teenage years, I recently made the decision to pursue my cosmetology license to further develop my skills, expand my knowledge, and establish a strong professional foundation for my career.

Before entering cosmetology school, I was pursuing studies in Business Management. That experience provided me with valuable knowledge in leadership, entrepreneurship, customer relations, and business operations skills that I believe will strengthen my future in the beauty industry. As a full time mother, balancing my education while ensuring my children remain on the right path has taught me discipline, resilience, time management, and the importance of leading by example. These experiences have shaped my character and continue to motivate me to pursue excellence in every area of my life.

For me, hair is more than a profession..it is an art form. It allows me to express my creativity, passion, and love while helping others feel beautiful, empowered, and confident. I believe hair has the power to transform not only a person's appearance but also their self esteem. Every client who sits in my chair deserves to leave feeling seen, valued, and confident in who they are.

My goal is to build a reputation not only for creating beautiful hair, but for creating an environment where confidence flourishes. I want my name to be associated with excellence, professionalism, and the ability to uplift others through my craft. As I continue to grow in this industry, I aspire to become one of the greats..recognized not only for my talent and artistry, but for the confidence, empowerment, and lasting impact I leave with every client who sits in my chair.
