I have been licensed since 2006, I perform all services including cutting, molecular reparation, styling, textured hair styling, wedding styling, color, blonding, corrective, permanent waving, relaxers and 4 types of extensions. I am Certifed Redken Colorist, Keratin Complex Certifed, Drematchers Certified Extensionist, K18 and Olaplex Certified, and a Certified Hair Loss Practitioner through International Association of Trichology. My next big career move is to become a Trichologist to perform hair loss solutions.

Currently, I am the owner of CGH Salon in Mansfield, TX. My salon prioritizes hair and scalp health through extensive knowledge and certification of every chemical and extension products we utilize. As a small business, I oversee every back end operating, social media, budgetary and reporting duties.

Formerly the Director of Operations and Education for a local salon in Southlake, TX. I achieved superior company and customer expectations, through revising and/or formulating policies and promote their implementation; planning, monitoring and streamline the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress; evaluate overall performance of the business by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics to make operational decisions and set strategic goals; create a science based, factual curriculum for licensed cosmetologists to deepen their understanding of their craft.

As a Salon Educator, I am responsible for providing knowledge on elevated salon guest experiences, cut/color/chemical/texture techniques, and building business through individual results AND salon results. Management of 14+ salons, 100+ salon/retail employees, and overseeing regional training for educators as needed. CGH Salon
