WOMAN BEHIND THE BRAND

Just a girl with a passion who decided to go for it... At the age of 22, Kaila (Kayh Shantel) Pearson decided to take a leap of faith and join the world of entrepreneurship. She got her start in the beauty industry by debuting her first product, mink lash strips, while plotting on ways to grow her brand. In 2021 she decided to expand her brand by adding services and starting her journey as an esthetician.

​What's next for Kayh Beauty? Kaila plans to expand and bring the Kayh Beauty experience to every city by offering professional, fun, and trendy classes and tours to educate women on the importance of maintaining beauty while developing the best products to add to our collection.
