About me
Hi there! My is Kaitlyn Walker! I've always loved the beauty industry, but I started contributing to it in November of 2023 when I started school in Tacoma Washington, at Summit Salon Academy. I studied there for 14 months, putting in 1,800 hours to complete my graduation requirements and receive my cosmetology liscence for the state of Washington.

Why I'm here
I'm here because I want to make people feel beautiful! Who doesn't like looking in the mirror and being happy with what they see? I want to help people open their eyes. I'm currently in school, but when I graduate my husband and I are relocating to Leavenworth, Kansas Where he will work on Fort Leavenworth for th U.S Army. It is my plan to find a salon near there with an apprenticeship program where I can further my learning and fall even more in love with the industry. From there I have ambitions to continue to grow and be successful while I make the dream of opening my own salon a reality.
