Kaitlyn Lanham

Welcome! My name is Kaitlyn Lanham and I am the Future Professional Advisor at Bella Capelli Academy. We are a Paul Mitchell Partner school in Pittsburgh. I have had the pleasure of holding almost every position in our schools for the past 12 years. I have always had a passion for hair and the beauty industry, as well as being a mentor and a coach. I have mixed my two passions into a career that I am wild about. I worked behind the chair for a few years, before I realized that education and mentoring are my true passions. I've always wanted to ensure that the future of the beauty industry is filled with bright and motivated new talent. I still keep my foot in the door by working on our clinic classroom! I also get the chance to educate our Future Professionals in the classroom. Whether it is a soft skills class like phone skills or a class on how to build their business with the power of social media, I get to share my love and passion with this industry everyday!
