Karen Rose

I am 18 years old and currently a student at the Aveda Institute Columbus. I have had an interest in makeup and hair since I was a little kid. I have helped my sister, who is a film major, by doing her actresses and actors hair and makeup for her film projects. When I was 15, I ran a face painting stand for an open house and everyone loved the looks I gave them! I would also do my sisters hair and makeup whenever there was a special occasion we were going to. I started Aveda two months after I graduated high school and I absolutely love it! Makeup is what I enjoy doing most because it allows you to be creative and it’s so much fun! My big dream is to do editorial work.
