About me
Hello! My name is Katelyn Soots, I am a 21 year old from Somerset, Kentucky. I am the oldest daughter, with a younger brother and sister who are my best friends and biggest supporters. I was raised on Lake Cumberland, which sparked my love for anything on the water. I'm an avid board game player, with a lifelong love for Clue. I adore meeting new people and learning about their life. I am so excited to build on my love for people and create an amazing career out of it.

Why I'm here
Growing up with an auto inflammatory disease, I was often insecure of my skin. When I got older, the realization that my disease was unknown to the majority of the population, even though it is considered common, became an obstacle. One of my dermatologists recommended that I ditch the razor and begin to get waxes instead, stating that it may help my flare ups. When trying to find someone who would perform my wax, I was turned away multiple times due to my disease. It was frustrating. I was just trying to take care of myself and for once feel confident.
I am here today because I realized my personal experiences could help me offer an educated, safe, and uplifting environment to everyone. My goal is to help those whose skin care is vital to their everyday way of living. I am looking forward to helping those who just want to pamper themselves, but I’m also excited to help people discover a life of confidence.
