Katelyn Weber

My name is Katelyn Weber, also known as Kay Gray in the salon and online.  I am a young professional in this industry, graduated in July of 2018 and soon after earned my cosmetology licence in Pennsylvania.  I have been focusing on hair color transformations and particularly love using Pulp Riot because of their vivid colors, reliable products and active social media presence.I did not find my passion for cosmetology until I was out of college and working various office jobs.  I never felt a passion for what I was doing, and desperately wanted to express myself and find a career where I could help people.  I always had an interest in hair and makeup, but was afraid to take the plunge.  Finally, at 29, I took the risk and entered school at Bella Capelli in Robinson, PA.  With the support of my husband and family I was able to graduate on time with high marks in my classes.  I secured an assistant position at Dani's Hair Loft while still in school.  I started taking clients as soon as I got my license, and in a little over 6 months I was bringing in enough clients to be promoted to a commission based stylist.  I love what I do.  I strive to create a trusting relationship with my clients where they know I am keeping their best interests at heart.  Currently my goals are to improve my retail sales, gain more Pulp Riot clients, and increase my social media presence.  I am a fast learner who is not afraid of new techniques or products, and I believe we as stylists have the power to turn someones day completely around for the better.  I want to make the world feel beautiful by sharing and using my talents.
