About me
I started off as an apprentice at Riley salon, from there I was inspired by my mentor to pursue a career in hair and makeup artistry in London. I studied at the London school of beauty and makeup, where learned the artistry behind styling hair as well as professional makeup application. I lived, studied and worked in the Uk for four months before the epidemic forced me to return to Atlanta. While abroad, I worked on London fashion week as well as a variety of photo and video shoots. I quickly discovered my passion for creative artistry and styling of hair and makeup. Since my return, I've attended the Aveda Institute of Atlanta and recieved my master cosmet license. I was the winner of mulitple school artistry competitions, and one of two 2020 beacon nominees from my class.

Why I'm here
I hope to leverage an understanding of technique and theory with a passion to create expressive, provocative, and cutting edge looks for photography, film, and runway fashion. I am an artist and my favorite media and biggest inspiration is the human body. The ability to extend the reach of human expression through the styling of hair and makeup is something truly powerful. In the future I hope to use my work to publicly explore the true meaning and secrets behind beauty, symmetry, chaos, symmetrical deterioration, gender, and tradition. My dream is to be a part of projects that wrestle with these concepts and discover the fashion industries’ ability to reshape perceptions and empower unique qualities. I have a strong interest in special effects makeup and utilizing it in fashion and editorial to create limitless iconic looks. I want to collaborate with designers and practice the art of complementing clothing designs with hair and makeup art. I also would love to work in theater, artistic film, music videos and with live performers.
