About me
Hi, I'm Katy! I grew up just a little bit outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and after 20 years, I decided it was time for a change and moved to Arizona. I am currently a cosmetology student at Penrose Academy and am set to graduate in February of 2024.

Why I'm here
Since 2017 I have been working in retail and worked myself up to securing a store management opportunity. Before I knew it, my store was set to close at the very beginning of 2023. For nearly a decade I wanted to be a hairstylist and I knew this was the perfect time. I debated back and forth between opportunities and was consistently drawn back to cosmetology school. I am so excited to design, create and most importantly help clients feel confident in their own BEAUTIFUL skin!
