Katie Patterson

Beauty has been my passion since i was a little girl. Growing up my besties mom was a hairstylist so i spent a good amount of time in the salon and i can honestly say that was a huge influence for me. I always knew i needed to do something more on the creative side, while also making a difference. I went back and forth after high school on what to do. A four year college? Or beauty school? Would i be successful if i did? I took a leap of faith and did what i have known deep down i always wanted to do. Looking back i cant imagine being anywhere else. Im over six years in since ive started school, graduating in January of 2015. After school i worked for Salon Service Group for 1.5 years while also jumping right into booth rent. Ive been at the same salon since i have been out of school and grown my own business from the ground with the help of my amazing clients of course! I thrive doing my hotheads tape in clients- extensions are my jam and also babylight and balayge clients - making America blonde again one canvas at a time. This past year i had the amazing opportunity to do hair at the Grammys for Danielle Nicole which was a huge career milestone for me.Hair is my overall passion and im so incredibly blessed at where i have come as an independent stylist so far! Im eager to learn and take in new techniques and skill sets to help me further my career and passion in this booming industry.
