About me
Hi my name is Kayla! I was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. I attended North Dakoka State University before realizing that hair was my true calling.
Color is my passion but I truly enjoy all aspects of cosmetology- Outside of hair I enjoy music, lake days, shopping and of course spending time with my friends & family.

Why I'm here
After 3.5 years of college/ thiking that the office lifestyle was for me, I found myself feeling stuck and extremely unpleased.
When Covid struck last March is when I realized that life is too short to not do what you love. Next thing I knew I was saying goodbye to North Dakota and hello to my new life in Minnesota attending the Aveda Institute Minnneapolis.
Hair and beauty is something I have been interested in since I was a child. Making people feel confident/ being the reason that someone has a smile on their face has always been a passion of mine; so why would I not want to work at a place that their main goal is to make people look and feel their best. A salon has always been my happy place and I can't wait to spend my life putting smiles on peoples faces and helping them feel nothing but beautiful. To feel good it helps to look good and I love that I can be the person to help people acheive that.
