Kayla White

Hi my name is Kayla White and I have been a hairstylist for 8 years. I have been using PulpRiot for about a year and a half. I love that I have a job that is constantly changing and inspiring people all over the world. I first wanted to become a hairstylist when I was a senior in high school, after coloring my hair every unprofessional color I could find, I knew I wanted to actually learn more about it and do it for a living. I have watched myself grow from working at a mall for 5 years making minimum wage to now, being my own boss, working with my best friends, and getting to create work I’m so proud of. I am inspired by literally everything, a video game I’m playing, a new technique I see  on a video, art, the seasons changing, a new makeup pallet, etc. My favorite thing about what I get to do for a living is getting to know people on such a personal level. It’s an amazing feeling to pick your client up by making them feel beautiful inside and out.
