I’m Keliana, an island girl at heart with roots in Hawaii and Washington. I have a love for all types of music and am a living room dancer in my free time.

Hair is my first passion and my second career. After diving into the world of art history in college, I took a creative detour into management within the i502 industry. My love for hair led me to complete my cosmetology hours. I’m currently an independent stylist at Angelo Mendi Salon in Tacoma's Stadium District.

My dream is to further my education and become an educator specializing in textured hair care so I can share my knowledge and love for all hair types with others. I’m passionate about helping clients discover the best solutions for their hair needs.

I am passionate in helping clients find answers and solutions to their wants and needs.

Becoming a hair stylist has always been my dream career. I have always expressed myself through my hair and have loved all things beauty for as long as I can remember. I got a pretty awful haircut once and had to relearn how to style my hair. From that day forward I started doing my own research about all hair types and textures.

I plan to continue my education and to become an educator that specializes in textured hair care, styling, color, and extensions. Once I am well established, I hope to become a licensed trichologist and help clients that may suffer with hair loss or their hair health.
