Kelly Francoeur

I've been in the industry over 12 years, going on 13. I have been a stylist and barber behind the chair, a salon manager, an educator, a manager to educators, and now I find myself back in education field as the Future Professional Advisor and Advanced Cutting Specialist at Paul Mitchell Hendersonville. I am beyond excited to be back in the role of education and student care. I firmly believe that the students' time in school is going to vastly impact their attitude and outlook of our industry after they leave. I would like to impact their education in a way that has them excited to get into the real world, instead fearing what comes next or wanting to quit before they even get started.I hope to do all I can toeducate,inspire,motivate,hold accountable,encourage,and drive the passions of the Future Professionals that I have the privilege of working with.
