About me

My name is Kelsi Utley, and I am currently a student at PCI Academy in Iowa City. I will be graduating in April of 2025. I'm originally from Amana, IA, but I have lived in the Iowa City area for the last 5 years. I'm working towards my cosmetology degree. Once I graduate I'd like to do continuing education so I can specialize in hair extensions. I am also interested in continuing education, or shadowing a current professional stylist so I can work on my up do/styling skills, which I am hoping to be able to use for wedding hair events!
