About me
Hi! My name is Kendall and I currently attend Paul Mitchell The School at Dallas! A little bit about myself- I attended The University of Oklahoma as a music performance major, and after much deliberation, I decided to move back home to pursue something different! My education was influenced and swayed by my family, and after getting accepted into nursing school, I knew it wasn't what I truly wanted to do. I quit after 2 weeks, and immediately applied to cosmetology school and I haven't looked back since! I LOVE where I am at and what I am doing with hair and makeup, it brings me so much joy!

Why I'm here
I believe I was put on this Earth to serve the community. I was influenced by my family to serve by being a nurse. I tried to do nursing school and it just wasn't for me. After years of being told, "cosmetology isn't a career," I took the leap and quit nursing school, and pursued my dream. I may not have been made to serve in a certain field that was expected of me, but I have discovered that I can still serve by making people feel great, beautiful, and pamperedm all while doing what I love- and that's hair!
