When I was 11 years old I was diagnosed with Tourette’s syndrome I realized very quickly I was very different from everyone else I was always bullied in highschool for it. After I graduated I realized I need to find something I loved I danced for 13 years and out of everything I loved getting ready for the shows doing my hair and make up and nails feeling empowered and going on stage and getting through dances I felt amazing . And I want to make other people feel what I felt when I am up on that stage I always felt as my Tourette’s defined me but what I realized is it will never define me as a person my actions will.
