I’m Krystal Smith, a Licensed Master Cosmetologist with more than 15 years of experience in the professional beauty industry

Throughout my career, I’ve worked behind the chair, owned and operated a salon, managed wholesale professional beauty supply stores, and supported licensed beauty professionals in growing their skills, confidence, and businesses.

What I love most about this industry is its diversity. From different hair textures and techniques to the unique people we meet every day, beauty creates opportunities for meaningful connections and memorable moments. Whether I’m helping someone find the right products for their hair, educating professionals on textured hair care, sharing styling knowledge, or supporting a stylist’s growth, I believe every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact.

I am passionate about education because knowledge builds confidence. I enjoy helping beauty professionals understand products, ingredients, and techniques so they can better serve their clients and continue growing in their careers.

For me, beauty has never been just about hair. It’s about helping people see the beauty within themselves, feel confident in who they are, and leave every encounter feeling better than when they arrived. The ability to create those moments and have a positive impact on someone’s life is what continues to inspire me every day.
